Grace morning on this fresh and fantastic Friday.
When you get under stress, tension, in a crisis, when you're overwhelmed by problems and think you're going to crack up, you have the tendency to stop taking care of yourself. You don't eat right; sleep right, those physical management things you need to do. When you're overwhelmed with stress remember the simple stuff like eating right.
You will encounter many storms. Some will be mild others will be difficult. The life that we live on this earth is full of troubles.
In fact, you are in one of three areas right now. You’ve just got out of trouble, or you're in it right now, or you're headed into it. Trouble is a part of life. You will have difficulties.
Every storm is a school. Every trial is a teacher. Every experience is an education.
Every difficulty is for your development. God wants us to learn from life's storms.
God is more interested in your character than He is in your comfort.
Don't give up. Don't become anxious and afraid. Don't allow yourself to drift apart from your dreams and God Given desires. Don’t throw away the things that you need to make it through the storms.
“We don’t want you in the dark, friends, about how hard it was when all this came down on us in Asia province. It was so bad we didn’t think we were going to make it. We felt like we’d been sent to death row, that it was all over for us. As it turned out, it was the best thing that could have happened. Instead of trusting in our own strength or wits to get out of it, we were forced to trust God totally—not a bad idea since he’s the God who raises the dead! And he did it, rescued us from certain doom. And he’ll do it again, rescuing us as many times as we need rescuing. You and your prayers are part of the rescue operation—I don’t want you in the dark about that either.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:8-10 MSG‬‬
Don’t throw away your convictions, your relationship to God, going to church to fellowship among others who are facing storms just like you, and meeting with God on a daily basis to read your Bible, pray and seek God's Face for your life.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this stress-less and fabulous Friday!
