Grace morning on this thankful and tremendous Thursday.
When your world is falling apart, it’s so easy to focus on the pain, the problems, the pressure and the difficulties. It’s the natural response.
When you stay focused on your purpose, not your problem, you can enjoy life even when it seems to be falling apart.
Sometimes life’s challenges just seem impossible to overcome: Financial challenges are ever at your doorstep; health problems are at your door steps, just when you think you’re about to have a breakthrough – then something goes wrong; you have to contend with jealous workmates at your job; it’s taking forever to buy that car; you have family issues – and you just don’t seem to appear to be winning in all these areas.
When you are facing problems in life, it can be difficult to believe that God has a plan through every challenge that you face.
God can use your current challenges in life to build your character and resilience for a future promotion in life. You may not understand the purpose of your challenges in the present, but they will make sense in the future when you have arrived at the place that God wants you to be in life.
It is therefore important to understand that challenges and problems are not always present so that they may destroy you. But in certain situations, God may use our problems so that He may achieve His will and His purpose in our life.
“And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong. So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the Devil throws your way.”
Ephesians 6:10 MSG
