Grace morning on this fresh and fruitful Friday.
Often the biggest problem for any sufferer is not the problem. It is the spiritual challenge the problem presents: How are you doing in the midst of what you are going through? What are you learning? Where are you failing? Where do you need encouragement? Will you learn to live well and wisely within pain, limitation, weakness, and loss? Will suffering define you? Will you continue to live in fear?
The opposite of fear is fearlessness. Fearlessness is active and enduring. It carries on constructively in the midst of stressful things that don’t feel good at all. God wants you to have courage in the midst of your crises. Courage means more than freedom from anxious feelings. Endurance is a purposeful “abiding under” what is hard and painful, considering others even when you don’t feel good.
God is a mighty God and everlasting Father. He exerts a high and purposeful sovereignty. But we often misapply God’s sovereignty when it comes to problems and enduring trials. The common misapplication is that God is in control, therefore what ever you’re going through God can handle it. You need to just trust God and accept the fact that he knows what he is doing.
God’s personal tenderness, unchangeable truth, and compassionate purposes are united so that he accomplishes the mind blowing unexplainable blessings in our lives.
“I cry out to you, Lord. You are my rock; don’t refuse to hear me. If you won’t talk to me, I’ll be just like those going down to the pit. Listen to my request for mercy when I cry out to you, when I lift up my hands to your holy inner sanctuary.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭28:1-2‬ ‭CEB‬‬
God profoundly comforts us when we trust him, and call upon his life changing name.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this fear-less and fantastic Friday!

Grace morning on this terrific and triumphant Thursday.
You may have been through some trouble, but God is the One Who brings restoration.
God loves you that much. Whether you’ve done things that are your own fault, or whether it was the enemy who stole from you, God is still the Restorer!
Whatever the enemy has taken from you, God wants to restore it. God wants to make it better than before. That’s the kind of God he is. Each day you will have choices put before you. There will be times when you get hurt, wounded, or depressed. You can complain and remain in the same awful condition. Or you can praise God for a brand new day and be raised up.
One of the first things the enemy will try to steal from you is your joy. He wants you sad, sorrowful, and oppressed. Nehemiah 8:10 tells us, “The JOY of the Lord is your strength.” It is important for believers to have joy in their life! If you don’t have joy, you don’t have any strength.
Don’t stay in that valley of despair and depression. Don’t allow what people say to control you. You control your own destiny. You can tap into joy by trusting, obeying and believing in God’s unchanging WORD. When you’re constantly in His presence, you take on His characteristics.
“The earth’s rulers take their stand; the leaders scheme together against the Lord and against his anointed one. "Come!" they say. "We will tear off their ropes and throw off their chains!" The one who rules in heaven laughs; my Lord makes fun of them.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭2:2-4‬ ‭CEB‬‬
God wants you to smile, laugh and enjoy life, even when your back is against the wall.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this tranquil and trouble-less Thursday!

Grace morning on this wonderful wine some Wednesday.
Whether we like it or not,  difficult days and adversity is part of life. Overcoming adversity is one of the biggest hurdles we face.
Problems, large and small, present themselves to us throughout our whole existence.
Regardless of how sharp, clever, or happy-go-lucky we are, we will encounter struggle, challenges, difficulties and at times, heart wrenching moments.
Is this meant to be a negative assessment of what we have to look forward to?
Not at all!
Adversity and trouble become God’s teaching tools, when we trust in him. Learning to deal with and overcoming adversity is what builds character and resilience. Every challenge and every difficulty successfully confronted in life,  serves to strengthen our will, confidence and ability to conquer future obstacles. It has been said that adversity has the effect of drawing out strength and qualities in a person that would have lain dormant in its absence.
When you respond positively and constructively to your biggest challenges the qualities of strength, courage, character and perseverance emerge from deep inside of you.
Of course, since you are human, it is very easy to get caught up in the self pity, unfairness of life, or 'why me?' traps.
Problems, large and small, present themselves to us throughout our whole existence. They give opportunities for wisdom and growth that accompany adversity.
“You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by GOD. You’re blessed when you follow his directions, doing your best to find him. That’s right—you don’t go off on your own; you walk straight along the road he set.
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭119:1-3 MSG‬‬
Allow God’s perfect purpose to produce a warrior-like spirit in you, so that, you can rise above adversity and trials.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this worry-less Wednesday!

Grace morning on this thankful and triumphant Tuesday.
Everyone has problems in life, but not everyone knows where to turn to handle their problems. Unfortunately, avoiding your problems usually causes them to come back, and a small problem can become a big problem over time. Problems can cause a great deal of stress and anxiety.
Life can be difficult at times with all the demands, deadlines, decisions and duties that are upon you daily. You face those moments and times when you have diligently tried your best to move beyond worrying over problems and stressful situations. Sometimes the best-laid plans don’t always turn out right.  Don’t beat yourself up over your life current circumstances. Life could be a whole lot worse. Remember that person that gave up? Neither does anyone else. The happiest person don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the best out of everything that comes their way. When your back is up against the wall and trouble, stress, and discouragement won’t seem to give you a break, keep your focus and faith in Christ in front of you.
There is only One who can help. That is the Lord Himself. He has all authority and all power in heaven and on earth. He is mighty to deliver you because He is the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
This reality gives light in the darkest situations. This awareness gives hope in the most hopeless situations.
“I will lift up my hands to your commandments because I love them, and I will contemplate all your statutes. Remember your promise to your servant, for which you made me wait. My comfort during my suffering is this: your word gives me new life.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭119:48-50‬ ‭CEB‬‬
When you cannot help yourself any more and no human being can deliver you, when all your ways are fenced in and you see no hope, there is still God.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this trouble-less Tuesday!

Grace morning on this meaningful and marvelous Monday.
There is nothing too hard for God! He is limitless in power and ability. There is nothing he cannot do and no situation that He cannot turn around. Things that look impossible to us are nothing before Him. There is no sickness too great and no problem to great and overwhelming that God cannot overcome.
There is nothing that is past God being able to help.
Some people when faced with challenges, roll the stone of hopelessness and despair in front of the situation and give up all hope that it can change.
When believers are faced with critical and desperate challenges, we know that it is not our desperation that get God to move for us, it is our faith.
As long as hope is alive, life really can’t get us down; we will not snap under the weight of our problems and difficult circumstances.
“But in all these things we win a sweeping victory through the one who loved us. I’m convinced that nothing can separate us from God’s love in Christ Jesus our Lord: not death or life, not angels or rulers, not present things or future things, not powers”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:37-38‬ ‭CEB‬‬
God is able to turn the worst situation around when we trust in His unfailing ability.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this magnificent Monday!

Grace morning on this serene and seismic Sunday.
Don’t allow your painful trials to make you take your focus from the truth.  You need to understand that your purpose in God’s plan has been set before the world ever began.  You cannot be shifted in your position by the slings and arrows of the enemy.  You will never be taken down!  Surrender your weariness to the One who always has a way to give you hope through your problems.  He can lift you above them all until and hold onto you until he has filled you with his peace.
God’s word is true and trustworthy. His word is our hope, help, and healing during the hurtful circumstances that face in this life. God’s word promises that he will always be with us in everything and through all the storms we face. We are never alone.  We are being sifted like wheat by the enemy but Christ is with us so that we will not fail.  No matter what you are going through, it is being seen by the eyes of God.  You are not alone and never without hope.
When all seem hopeless, it is hope that keeps us going. Hope strengthens the soul so that we can hold on during the times of trials and trouble.
“The Lord is a sun and shield; God is favor and glory. The Lord gives—doesn’t withhold!—good things to those who walk with integrity. Lord of heavenly forces, those who trust in you are truly happy!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭84:11-12‬ ‭CEB‬
Regardless of dark your circumstances may be, put your trust in God.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this superlative and splendid Sunday!

Grace morning on this satisfying and sufficient Saturday!
Through out the ages people cannot understand why trials, trouble and setbacks happen to them.
There probably have been times in your life when your faith grew weak. What did you do? How did you survive the storm? Where did you get the strength to stand in spite of your weakness and weariness?
I’m sure your testimony is GDIA (God did it Again).
His love for you will never fail regardless of how many times you fall.
God’s love has been proven beyond a doubt to be very powerful.
When you find yourself facing problems or setbacks, remember that your life is in God’s mighty hands.
“And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.”
‭‭ROMANS‬ ‭8:28‬ ‭AMP‬‬
Because of God’s great love for you, everything that happens to you has a purpose and will be productive in the plan God has ordained for your life.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this incredible and sensational Saturday!

Grace morning on this fresh and Fabalous Friday.
Life is full of unforeseen circumstances that can burden you down. Sometimes Satan influences these stressors, devising plans specific to each of your weaknesses. He introduces trouble at just the right moment, when he knows he can knock you off the path God intend for you.
Christ calls him the thief who comes only to steal and to kill and to destroy. And while he may not be doing these things in the literal sense, he will cause hurt to happen in whatever way he can. He devises heartbreak to steal your confidence, he stirs up drama to detour your destiny, he creates depression to destroy your delight in being a changed person. He attempts to bring demise to your peace and destroy your joy.
When you find yourself in the midst of trials and burdening situations, trust God who is willing and waiting to help. God is waiting for you to turn to him and seek his direction. God wants to help you in whatever area of your life you need him most. God specializes in turning things around.  Don’t get discouraged when things don’t turn around suddenly.
Turnarounds don’t happen overnight. God can give you one suddenly, but He also does slowly. He is committed to staying with the turn until it completely turns around, but He wants you to commit to the process.
“God isn’t a man that he would lie, or a human being that he would change his mind. Has he ever spoken and not done it, or promised and not fulfilled it?”
‭‭Numbers‬ ‭23:19‬ ‭CEB‬‬
Many of us can truly testify about the possibilities that our turnaround God can create, in lives and places where no one else could see nor expect potential to exist.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this fantastic Friday!

Grace morning on this winsome and wonderful Wednesday.
Ever feel like God is some type of distant detached deity that is delinquent on delivering you from your situation. The truth is, he’s not. Whatever struggle you’re going through, you can rest assured God is in the midst and you’re not alone. You have God in your corner. Scripture tells story after story of how the Lord has been faithful and how His people have struggled for generations.
Remind yourself of how the Lord was faithful to His people and that He will be faithful to you as well. Remind yourself that it is nearly impossible to predict the end of the story when you are still living in the middle of it. Remind yourself that the God of the stories in the Bible is the same God over your story.
Even in the midst of your struggle, you can choose to praise God. His character hasn’t changed, even if our circumstances have. So choose joy for your journey in your life struggles. That joy may not look the way we might expect – joy isn’t always smiles and splendor. Joy may be choosing to sing through the tears, pray through the pain, or choosing to trust in Christ when you are afraid it might mean having to let go of your dream.
“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭138:7‬ ‭ESV‬‬
When you’re facing a multiplicity of problems, difficulties or tough decisions, trust God’s sovereignty to sufficiently supply you for the difficult journey ahead.
Live, love, and laugh your way through this worry-less Wednesday!

Grace morning on this terrific and triumphant Tuesday.
I read a simple but profound story about growth. Three young men who were in Seminary, thought to plant a small vegetable garden outside their house of studies. It would consist of tomatoes, squash and cucumbers and the only financial investment required was for them to rent a rake, a pickax and a shovel. The urban environment didn’t allow much space for a garden, but they determined that a small, sunny area of the stone-covered dirt parking lot could work well.
The three seminarians explained their idea to the President of the school. His response was “you’re wasting your time. Nothing will grow there.” They received the President’s permission for their project.
The three young men began work. They slammed their pickax into hard dirt, turning clumps of earth upside down. What they discovered just a few inches beneath the surface brought smiles to their faces. It was a gardener’s dream: dark fertile soil.
The garden, though small, turned out to be successful.
Don’t believe the words “nothing will grow there.” Especially when assessing your own life.
What do you need? Courage for difficult task? Hope and optimism in your despair? Don’t believe that nothing will grow there. When you assess your own life, consider it with the eye of a gardener.
“Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them. How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭139:16-17‬ ‭ESV‬‬
In spite of the stones covering your steps to success, underneath the surface lies rich, fertile soil waiting to nurture the seeds you sow. Even more than you can imagine will grow there if given a chance.
Keep digging in this new year!
Live, love, and laugh your way through this tremendous and trouble-less Tuesday!
