Lady Sarah Bell
First Lady Bell, is the wife of Pastor B. L. Bell, Sr., of New Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. The Bell family moved to Dallas in 1997 after serving at Judea Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth for over eleven years.
Sarah was appointed as Executive Director of the Senior Citizen Ministry in July of 1998. With this ministry came the responsibility of calling each Senior Citizen twice a week, sometimes more, and giving a report to Pastor Bell.
The Ministry also called for transporting Senior Citizen to and from the doctor office and various clinics. The ministry was later expanded to include grocery shopping and banking for some of our Senior Citizens.
In 1999 Sis. Bell organized a monthly fellowship in the WJS Fellowship of the church. Seniors are treated to games, educational programs, food, fun and fellowship and an occasional bible lesson from Pastor Bell.
First Lady Bell is a graduate of Greenville High School in Greenville, TX. For the Last six years, she has expanded her Christian Education learning by attending The WHW Expository Preaching & Teaching Conference in Los Angeles, CA. She also attends The Frank Ray Expository Preaching/Teaching
Church Growth Conference in Memphis, Tennessee for more than 14 years.
In 2010 she graduated from 3BC College in Dallas, TX where she earned 60college hours toward her bachelor degree at Faith Seminary. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Christian Education. First Lady Bell currently serves as the Administrative Office Assistant of New Pilgrim Rest MBC.
Pastor Bell and Sarah have six children between the two of them.
