Dr. Bell was born in Fort Worth, Texas August 09, 1956, to Robert Spencer and Hattie Mae Bell. He was called to the Gospel Ministry in 1979 through Harvey Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas, and was ordained there on November 14, 1982.......
Lady Sarah is the wife of Pastor B. L. Bell, Sr., of New Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. The Bell family moved to Dallas in 1997 after serving at Judea Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Worth for over eleven years.......
